1. Terms of Service
1.1 Acceptance
By accessing or using Lovendo's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
1.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use Lovendo. We reserve the right to require identity verification (KYC) for certain features including: creating Moments, sending gifts, and withdrawing funds.
1.3 Lovendo Moments and Gifts
Moments are time-limited, real-world experiences shared between users. LVND gifts are in-app support units used inside Lovendo moments. Consumer LVND purchases are processed only through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase rails via RevenueCat.
Protected Gift Policy: When a moment requires protection, LVND remains held in the Lovendo ledger until proof is submitted, the review window ends, or a dispute is resolved. AI may assist review, but human operators make final moderation and release decisions.
1.4 Payments and Withdrawals
For Purchasers
- LVND purchases are one-time in-app purchases handled by Apple or Google store rules
- Protected LVND gifts may return to your Lovendo balance if the moment is not completed or a dispute is accepted
- Direct chargebacks or store refunds may reverse LVND credits and can trigger fraud review
For Creators (Withdrawal Policy)
- Minimum withdrawal: 100 TL
- Maximum 3 withdrawal requests per day
- Processing time: 1-2 business days
- Turkish bank accounts only
- iDenfy KYC is required before payout eligibility; PayTR is used only for approved outbound withdrawals
1.5 Dispute Resolution
- Open a dispute through the app within 48 hours of expected delivery
- Automated systems may summarize chat history, proof, and risk signals
- Human moderators make final decisions for protected or disputed flows
- Final ruling within 72 hours of dispute opening
1.6 Trust and Safety Signals
Lovendo may use trust and safety signals such as verified identity, proof history, completed moments, dispute history, and community reports to prioritize review and protect users. These signals do not replace human review where a moderation, dispute, payout, or account decision has material impact.
1.7 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination: access is lost immediately, pending transactions follow dispute resolution, and balances may be held for 30 days for fraud prevention.
2. Mobile App EULA (License Agreement)
License Grant: Lovendo grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the mobile application for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.
Restrictions: You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute the app; (b) attempt to derive the source code; (c) remove any copyright or proprietary notices; (d) reverse engineer the app.
Ownership: The app is licensed, not sold. Lovendo retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the app.
Updates: Lovendo may update the app remotely. These terms apply to all updates unless accompanied by a separate license.
Termination: This license terminates automatically if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service.
Third-Party Terms: This app may be distributed through Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use is also subject to their respective terms of service.
3. Community Guidelines
Lovendo is committed to providing a safe and respectful community. These guidelines outline expected behavior and help us maintain a positive environment.
3.1 Expected Behavior
- Be respectful and kind in all interactions
- Communicate clearly and honestly
- Respect boundaries and consent
- Report suspicious or harmful behavior
- Take responsibility for your actions
3.2 Zero Tolerance
The following result in immediate account termination:
- Child sexual exploitation or abuse imagery
- Threats of violence or terrorism
- Human trafficking or exploitation
- Illegal activities
3.3 Prohibited Content
- Harassment, bullying, or intimidation
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Spam or commercial solicitation
- Impersonation of others
- Sharing explicit content involving minors
- Requests for payments outside the platform
- Multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
3.4 Reporting
If you see something that violates these guidelines, please report it:

All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We do not tolerate retaliation against users who report violations.

4. DMCA / Copyright Policy
Lovendo respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid copyright infringement notices under 17 U.S.C. §512.
4.1 Copyright Infringement Notice
To submit a DMCA notice, please include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Identification of the infringing material (URL or description)
- Your contact information
- Statement of good faith belief that use is unauthorized
- Statement under penalty of perjury that information is accurate
- Your physical or electronic signature

4.2 Counter-Notification
If content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Identification of removed material
- Statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake
- Consent to jurisdiction of U.S. federal courts
- Contact information and signature
4.3 Repeat Infringer Policy
Accounts repeatedly infringing intellectual property rights may be terminated without notice.
